冯杰,yl6809永利病原微生物研究所青年研究员。2007年毕业于华中科技大学同济医学院,同年获得武汉大学生物科学双学士学位。2012年获武汉大学微生物学博士学位。2013年赴美国约翰霍普金斯大学布隆伯格公共卫生学院(Bloomberg School of Public Health, Johns Hopkins University)从事博士后研究。期间开发了新的高通量微生物活力检测方法,对莱姆病病原B. burgdorferi持留菌进行了药物筛选,并利用现代组学和生物信息学方法对病原微生物的持留和耐药机理进行研究。2019年加入yl6809永利。以第一作者在SCI英文刊物上发表论文23篇。多篇对伯氏疏螺旋体研究的系列文章被权威综述期刊Nature Reviews Microbiology,FEMS Microbiology Reviews引用。担任SCI二区期刊Frontiers in Microbiology“感染性疾病”方向副编辑、“抗生素、耐药和化疗”方向审稿编辑。2020年受邀作为专栏编辑在SCI二区期刊Frontiers in Microbiology开设与莱姆病相关的专栏Coinfections of Lyme Disease and Other Tick-Borne Diseases。担任Lancet Regional Health、ACSBiomaterials Science & Engineering、Frontiers in Microbiology等杂志审稿人。热忱欢迎有志从事科研的青年加入本课题组,医学、生物学和化学背景均可。

1、病原微生物耐药及持留机制的研究。本实验室在建立持留菌模型的基础上利用蛋白质组、转录组、筛选突变株等方法鉴定与持留菌相关基因和途径。了解不同微生物耐用和持留的机制,寻找相关的药物靶点。

2、病原微生物、寄生虫的药物筛选。开发新的高效、高通量、高灵敏度的微生物、寄生虫活性检测方法。针对耐药菌、持留菌,筛选并获得具有高效、低副作用、特异性好的药物、天然产物或先导化合物。用于抗菌新药的研发。

3、基因组系统进化研究。利用本实验室自主开发的supertree系统进化分析方法和程序对真核生物、原核生物、病毒开展基因组系统进化分析。
